Trade terms

We can quote under common Incoterms such as FOB or CIF. DDP may be available subject to destination and will be confirmed separately. There is no free-shipping retail offer.

Samples vs bulk

Sample shipments and bulk shipments are quoted separately. Mode of transport is chosen to fit the cargo, destination and agreed terms.

Lithium batteries & travel rules

Transport and passenger-carriage rules for products that include lithium batteries depend on the specific model, documentation and carrier requirements. We do not publish blanket “airline-approved” claims on this site.
